About Us

At Cottage Flowers we create floral arrangements for every occasion. We carefully select the most beautiful fresh flowers, finding unusual varieties and pairing them with interesting containers to create our unique and artistic style. Specializing in
custom designs for weddings and special events, we also provide everyday arrangements, as well as seasonal gifts and decorating accents for the home. We love to design natural, "garden style" arrangements, and try to work with seasonal flowers whenever possible, since each time of year has it's own unique beauty and charm.

We constantly search for and collect unique items to complement our selection of fresh flowers and plants. Tucked away on a side street in the center of "downtown" Malvern, our floral studio and gift shop is a destination for the perfect hostess gift, to find some seasonal inspiration, or even a little treasure for yourself. We work with our customers to achieve the perfect atmosphere through fresh flowers and the decorating details that create a memorable occasion. Principal designer and owner Heather Potter has 20 years of experience in the floral and garden business and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with beautiful flowers and plants every day. She works with a wonderfully creative team of designers who contribute individual ideas and talents that add dimension and inspiration to all we do.

We believe that flowers are the element that completes and enhances the atmosphere of any occasion, from a large event to a small dinner party. Fresh flowers are also a thoughtful gift and a wonderful way to bring a touch of the outdoors in at any time of year. With that in mind, listed below is a variety of the things we do…

Return / Replacement & Substitution Policy:

• All sales are final.

• If you are unhappy with an arrangement that we’ve designed and delivered…

  • Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during shipping/delivery.

  • Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the style of the arrangement are not grounds for replacement.

• As flowers are perishable and a product of nature, they require water. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.

• As flowers are a seasonal product, Cottage Flowers may substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel. All photos of arrangements on our website are to convey style and size. We will do our best to make the arrangement as close as possible to the photos displayed, however based on the seasonality and availability at the time of your order, the exact flower varieties and colors may not be identical to the photos shown. If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.
